The people behind Performance

Stefan Lunner - Former elite goalie who also has a more than twenty year long coaching career including the NHL (New York Islanders), KHL (CSKA Moscow), SHL (Västeras, Leksand, Frölunda and Linköping) and the Swedish national team Tre Kronor. Stefan felt during his active career that there was a big difference with the difficulty of different types of shots. He is co-founder of the Performance theory of green and red shots.

Thomas Lunner - Professor at Linköping University. Fascinated by Stefan's experiences of shot’s varying difficulty, and could, along with research done by Professor Joan N. Vickers at Calgary University, found the Performance theory of green and red shots.

Claus Christiansen Fonnesbech - developer of statistical tools, databases, and visual design. He has independently developed the Performance powerful utilities. Is also the media responsible for the Danish national team in hockey.

Vilhelm Welin - Has throughout his long professional career worked to develop and commercialize products and services. Deep knowledge of product life cycles and has a wide network around the world.

Johannes Lunner - MSc student in Industrial Engineering at Linköping University. Statistics and analysis manager for Performance and the contact person for media. Has been part of the Performance team since the age 15.
